POWDERED PLAIN BOUILLON
This powdered bouillon is economical, easy to throw together, and convenient to keep on hand. Most of all, it is incredibly flavorful and works well anytime a recipe calls for this staple ingredient.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup NUTRITIONAL YEAST FLAKES 
- 1 Tablespoon SALT 
- 1 Tablespoon ONION POWDER 
- 2 teaspoons GARLIC POWDER 
- 1 teaspoon DRIED THYME 
- 1 teaspoon PAPRIKA 
- 1/4 teaspoon TURMERIC 
- 1/8 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER 
- 1 Tablespoon SUGAR 
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. 
- 1 Tablespoon of mix for every cup of water (+/- = stronger/weaker) 
- Use in any recipe that calls for bouillon. 
NOTES/VARIATIONS
- This recipe will double comfortably. 
- I use this most often in my Healthy Onion Soup Mix recipe where it calls for powdered bouillon. 
- Experiment with ratios and omit or add other herbs to your liking. 
- As articulated in the What’s for Dinner article, always aim for the highest quality ingredients.
