CANCELLATION POLICY
Nutritional Therapy Services, LLC is committed to providing exceptional care. In order to serve clients most efficiently, your participation is appreciated.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations in order to receive a refund.
With proper notice, monies will be returned less any processing fees assessed by the financial institution (e.g., Pay Pal, bank, etc.). Currently, Pay Pal takes a portion of payments so, for e.g., if you remitted a $100 payment, you will not receive the entire amount back but the amount remaining. Please see Pay Pal’s site for more information on their fee structure.
In the event of a delayed start on the part of the client, your appointment may be truncated. If the delay is excessive, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment or cancel it altogether. You will not be reimbursed for the time missed.
Abuse of these policies and related terms will preclude you from future appointments.
